Your school has joined HAPPEN – a network that aims to improve children’s health, well-being and educational attainment.
We would like to ask your child to complete an online survey on their health and well-being.
The results for the class (not individual children) will be sent to your school to help improve health and well-being and to see what is being done well in comparison to other schools (and share their experience)
