4 - Eat Well Guide

Project aim

The previous 'Eat Well Plate' has recently been updated with new evidence to form the
NEW 'Eat Well Guide'. Therefore these resources aim to assist and provide guidance around
nutrition whilst also providing resources for use within lessons.

What does the project entail?

These resources can be downloaded directly from the bottom of this page – FREE

How do the pupils directly benefit?

The pupils can learn about food groups and diet in a fun, interactive manner. Can be used as
part of an interactive lesson or made available during break times or free play to allow
independent learning.
