Project aim

Pupils in Years 5&6

At least 2 per Primary school

Champions of PE & School sport in their primary school

The team leaders of other sports leaders in the school

Become part of the 'sports crew' when they get to year 7 to support Silver YA's

What does the project entail?

Deliver the YA outcomes in their Primary Schools
Work with the teachers to organise events for the school

Lead and organise playground activities for Years 1-6

Form part of the school council to deliver the YA outcomes
Become 'school sport reporters' showcasing the good work they are doing

Promote sport within the school via newsletters and film

Support older leaders to deliver sessions in schools and communities

Present results of School Sport Survey to rest of school
